By using this site, you agree not to misuse or attempt to harm the platform through hacking, spamming, or fraudulent activity. All purchases made through this website are for personal use only.

3. Products & Pricing

We take great care to describe our products accurately. As our products are from essential oils, minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture may occur. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Payments

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure and verified payment gateways. Aura Rituals does not store your card details or payment data.

5. Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within 24-36 hours.

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days across India.

• Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped.

• Free shipping may apply on select offers or minimum cart values.

6. Return & Replacement

As our products are natural, returns are only accepted in case of damage or defect. Please email customercare@aurarituals.co.in within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly. Used, opened, or partially used products cannot be returned.

All content, including images, videos, product names, and descriptions on this website, is the property of Aura Rituals and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
